Institution: Phelps County Community Foundation
Purpose: To support students who are dependents of Phelps Memorial Health Center employees (Nebraska) who wish to earn a degree in a medically related field.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a dependent of a current full-time or part-time employee of Phelps Memorial Health Center who has worked at PMHC for at least one year; a graduating senior, high school graduate or G.E.D. recipient; planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, technical or vocational school program; and maintaining a GPA of at least 2.0.
