Institution: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Purpose: To support accounting Ph.D. candidates who demonstrate significant potential to become mentors for the next generation of CPAs.
Eligibility: Applicants must have a minimum of three years of professional accounting experience and earned an undergraduate or a master's degree in accounting. Students must be CPAs and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Applicants must have either applied to a full-time accounting Ph.D. program and are awaiting word on acceptance, received acceptance into a full-time accounting Ph.D. program or matriculated into a full-time accounting doctoral program and pursuing appropriate coursework.
