We take into account your:
A working knowledge of biomass (lignocellulose), sustainable materials and the application of sustainable materials in new products and value chains would be of benefit to someone working on this project.
You will demonstrate academic achievement in the field/s of chemical and materials engineering, applied physical sciences, industrial biotechnology and the potential for scholastic success.
You must be interested in and willing to learn materials processing and testing (e.g. chemical pre-treatment and mechanical refining of biomass, materials characterisation and testing).
