Eligibility:

You are eligible if you are a domestic Higher Degree by Research candidate enrolled full-time in studies in agricultural science and who have an undergraduate science degree from The University of Queensland.

While undertaking your HDR program, you must conduct a period of research overseas, as approved by your PhD supervisor and the recommending committee.

Selection criteria:

You will be ranked on the basis of:

your academic achievement and potential for scholastic success;
the value of the proposed overseas research component to the applicants studies; and
any other matters the selection committee sees fit.
