The Republican Pediatric Rehabilitation Center is giving treatment for underage patients with different chronic diseases. The staff works with disabled children and help them for physical and mental maximum development to give them independence in their daily activities. There is also an Integration Kindergarden in the Center. The organisation has a many-years experience of hosting international volunteers for short (international summer workcamps) and long term projects.Volunteers opened the Happy Room in the Centre, where they work with children- organize art and cultural workshops, singing, language classes, puppet theater, drawing and sculpting classes, concerts, exhibitions. Volunteers also help the therapists and take part in hippotherapy (communication children with horses). Children need the volunteer very much and get attached with them. Volunteer will learn how to work with disabled children and their parents, organize events. Duration of the project is 8-12 months.
