Azadea group offers a job opportunity in Beirut, Lebanon as a Junior HRMS Specialist, that will be entrusted with providing effective execution of integrated HR applications and systems programming, and technical support.

Eligibility:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent certificate (OCA / OCP – preferred).
  2. 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Experience in Oracle (Forms/Report, PLSQL), SQL Server is a plus.
  4. Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in gathering information and identifying gaps to define the requirements needed to provide solutions that are aligned to best practices.
  2. Develop and document solutions to standardize, automate and satisfy HR requirements to effectively meet business needs.
  3. Support existing users both onsite and remotely on the optimal use of the system and related processes.
  4. Test system components to maintain its performance and security and provide recommendations on enhancements.
