Egypt's Supreme Council of Culture announces the opening of the 2019 animation competition. The purpose of the competition is to make a film that discusses one of the issues of Egyptian society and presents a solution using modern programs and techniques. The prize for this competition is up to 25,000 LE.

Conditions:

The film tackles one of the following issues in Egyptian society (population problem, extremism, rumors or environmental pollution) and expresses ways of solving them using modern technologies and programs.
The duration of the film should not be less than three minutes and not more than five minutes.
The film should have been executed during 2017/2018.
The competitor should present four copies of the film on a CD.
The competitor must not have submitted the same film to another competition until the result of the competition is announced, and a declaration from him/her about this shall be attached.
The competitor shall submit a declaration that he has not received any prize in other competitions for the submitted film.
Works are not refunded after being checked.
