AIESEC offers a volunteer opportunity in Customer Service. The opportunity will be with the Handelot organization in Wroclaw, Poland.

Handelot is the world's first free platform allowing the sale of mobile phones and customer electronics. Upon completion of the training, the company will select one of the volunteers to be recruited with the company for one year.

Main Activities:

Market research.
Business development.
Account management.
Managing different types of approaches with the company's partners (consultative, persuasive, etc.).
Consulting services to the company's partners on market know-how, trends, and opportunities, etc.
coordination and processing of inquiries from customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Holds an associate degree (bachelor, master or doctorate) or any other tertiary education.
English language proficiency.
Has a good background in Business Administration.

Volunteer Duration:

Three months between 13 November 2019 and 13 November 2020.

Working Hours:

Working hours from 9 to 05:00 pm, and no work on weekends.

Sales.

Benefits:

A monthly stipend of PLN 3,500.
A Type D visa will be provided for the duration of the volunteer.

Note: Health insurance fees will not be covered. The volunteer must obtain his own health insurance from his country before arriving in Wrocław. The insurance must cover the whole duration of the internship.

Selection Process:

The selection process takes fifteen days, including an interview with AIESEC and an interview with the company.
