Aramex has a vacancy in Abu Dhabi, for a Field Sales Executive.

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year of work experience as Sales Executive in the shipping industry.
Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Constantly creating revenue generating channels from cross-selling, upselling and new business streams.
Ensuring the best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on the growth.
Enhancing customer loyalty by delivering customized tailored solutions.
Ensuring a healthy balance of revenue growth from organic and new business generation based on proper customer profiling.
Ensuring customers are using cost-effective services channels and increase the use of automation.
Regularly reviewing customer performance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set.
Collecting required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover.
Ensuring customer's information are up to date utilizing CRM tools.
Supporting credit collection activities.
