Al Tamimi & Company is offering a great job opportunity to work as an Associate to be based in the Corporate Commercial Department in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our clients include global corporations, regionally listed and private corporations, governmental authorities, business enterprises, private equity firms, and financial institutions to whom we provide a full-service practice with specific industry sector focus.

Responsibilities:

Advising on deal structuring and strategy
Preparing and negotiating acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint venture agreements;
Demonstrating initiative with respect to client development and wider business development activities;
Legal project management;
Drafting offering documents
Corresponding with regulators;
Advising on corporate governance matters; and
Ensuring billing average of 5.5 hours a day and collection targets are met

Required Skills:

Post qualification experience 3 – 5 years
Language(s) - English
Qualifying jurisdiction/s - Common Law
Experience -General corporate finance
Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
