Zain Group offers a job opportunity in Manama, Bahrain for a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will be applying technical skills to convince B2B customers to acquire Zain B2B solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. This job is only for Bahraini nationals.
  2. Fresh graduate (2018-2019) with a B.Sc. in:
    • Engineering Technology.
    • Information & Communications Technology.
    • Computer Engineering.
    • Network Engineering.
    • Computer Science.
    • Software Engineering.
    • Information systems.
    • Telecommunication Engineering.
    • Mobile & Network Engineering.
    • or any relative field of study.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Prospecting for new businesses.
  5. Sales pipeline management.
  6. Using market information for sales.
  7. Handling objections, negotiating and closing sales.
  8. Understanding influences on buyer behavior.
  9. Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
  10. Understanding customer segmentation and profiling.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  1. Contribute to new revenues for Zain and gain penetration into the new clients' business.
  2. Contribute to grow existing revenues for Zain and gain penetration into existing clients business.
  3. Develop and maintain a relationship with key client contacts that fosters an environment to drive client performance and minimize attrition risk;
  4. Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
  5. Plan and design profitable solutions to potential/existing clients by understanding their requirements in terms of business needs, priorities, etc.
  6. Provide proper feasibility study/analysis, documentation, etc. of all proposals.
  7. Participate in achieving department’s scorecard goals including client satisfaction, revenue and performance metrics.
  8. Prepare required department reports and documentation including Monthly Account Management Reports, Relationship Plans, Client Day Account Review Plans, Executive Briefing Documents, Visit Summaries, etc.
  9. Manage client-facing account services projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction including independently developing, managing and owning overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables;
  10. Research and understand the client's business needs and challenges.
  11. Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity
  12. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
