The Department of Economics at BI Norwegian Business School is inviting applications for a doctoral scholarship in economics, with start date August 2020. The position is financed by the Centre for Applied Macroeconomics and Commodity Prices (CAMP).
The doctoral program leads to a PhD degree and is a four-year full-time study program, including 25% teaching responsibilities. It can be also a gateway to prestigious academic positions at universities and research institutions around the world.
The four-year scholarship is set according to the Norwegian State Salary Scale and currently pays NOK 494.900,- per year (will be adjusted during 2020).
There are no tuition fees in the PhD program at BI. However, in order to have an application to the PhD program at BI considered, you need to have funding. It is not possible to self-fund a PhD at BI.
