Souq Fann is offering a job opportunity as a Social Media and Project Assistant to work full time within its headquarters in Amman, Jordan.

Responsibilities:

Social Media and Marketing:

Building and applying Souq Fann social media plans (Instagram, Facebook)
Answering Souq Fann community on social media platforms
Conducting social media analysis on a weekly basis
Supporting with content writing for Souq Fann website and blog

Project:

Reaching out the candidates and managing the registrations
Attending and evaluating the given training sessions
Giving a presentation about Souq Fann during the training
Maintaining strong relationships with the participants and providing them with the needed support
Assisting with any further component related to projects (logistics, booking venue, etc...)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent command of social media tools.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different types of people.
Excellent ability to work in a team.
Accuracy with information management.
An appreciation of Jordan’s artistic and handicraft sector, and an understanding of relevant cultural and economic factors.
Unwavering attention to detail and drive to succeed.
Ability and willingness to work outside of normal working hours.
Ability to learn and analyze new and conflicting information quickly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in good standing from an accredited university.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Experience with website management is preferred.
Eligible to work in Jordan.
Holding car driving license
Flexibility: abilities to work outside Amman and at the weekends
Committed to Souq Fann’s mission and vision.

This position includes a competitive salary and benefits according to LOT’s internal salary scale. The final salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and skills of the candidate. Note: This position is available immediately. The successful candidate will sign a six-month contract, including a three-month probationary period as an intern.
