Zain Group is offering an internship opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as it is looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department, as IT Support Administrator for a one year contract under Zain Al Shabab Program.

Required Qualifications:

The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
To be a fresh Graduate.
Possessing the following technical skills:
- Customer Centricity.
- Information Security Management.
- Research & Data Gathering.
- System Administration.
Possessing the following soft skills:

Analytical Thinking.
Data Analysis.
Self-Development.
Problem Solving.

Internship Duties:

Selected candidate will be undertaking the following duties and tasks:

Receiving and reviewing end-users’ inquiries and technical support requests as well as advising, recommending and providing professional solutions related to software, hardware or network systems over the phone, email or in-person and in a timely and accurate manner.
Modifying and installing basic computer software and hardware on employees’ computers and ensuring they are periodically updated, as well as providing required training and technical assistance.
Configuring user workstations, as well as integrating them with the existing servers, as well as ensuring proper network connectivity in different sites and branches through conducting periodical network maintenance.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
