Resident Manager's Responsibilities:
Implement the hotel strategy.
Drive and support the implementation of all corporate programs and initiatives.
Effectively lead and manage day-to-day operational activities.
Responsibility for managing the performance of the department heads that report and provide the necessary support to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency while actively supporting their development and growth.
Committed to meeting and exceeding all key performance standards and measures.
Able to balance operational needs, implement strategy and display a passion for business excellence.
Qualifications:
Degree in Hotel Management
Previous experience in Food and Beverage and/or Rooms Operations to EAM level
Strong commercial/business acumen
Passion for quality
Results-driven
Candidate must be able to work in Tunisia
