Mantu is offering an internship opportunity in Romania: Human Resources Officer. You will advise and provide support to the management within your perimeter in relation to HR topics such as politics, procedures, administrative and legal aspects, etc and support the HR Officer/Senior HR Officer on daily basis activities related to administrative procedures but also on HR policies, processes, and communications.

Responsibilities:

Implementing HR group policies on your scope
Contributing to the lean management and improvement of HR processes
Ensuring employment contract, addendum and any HR legal documents are in line with umbrella company’s Labour & Social Law
Responsible for the on/off-boarding process of the employees
Accompany employees on all HR issues during all their mission at the client’s place
Ensuring the link and communication between employees and business
Administering the internal communication on HR topics in collaboration with Director
In charge of the effective conduct of monthly salary process
Management of the personal space of the employees and their personal data’s
Partnership management and services offered to employees
Coordination & logistics of the training
Contributing to the organization of events and HR projects
Responsible for a consultant portfolio

Eligibility Criteria:

You are currently studying in the HR field to be graduated from a Master's Degree, and you are looking for an internship – End-Of-Study.
You are fluent in English and French, you are eager to work in an international team.
You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You are curious and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented; autonomy, adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
