Aramex is offering a job opportunity to an HR Shared Services Line Officer to join the team in Amman, Jordan for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Enter transactions and data on the HR systems accordance with established quality and accuracy standards.
  2. Follow up on raised requests especially stalled ones by coordinating with concerned personnel insuring all requests are actioned in a timely and consistent manner.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal control standards and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity as well as integration with other service lines for each country.
  4. Stay current on any changes in labor laws, immigration requirements, policies and procedures.
  5. Comply with internal control standards and procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity as well as integration with other service lines for each country.
  6. Maintain and regularly update the employee data in SuccessFactors and any other related internally used information technology systems.
  7. Continuously update the trackers/ control sheet and ensure accuracy of the information.
  8. Respond, process requests, follow up, and close cases that reach the HRSS platform such as Helpdesk as well support employees on day-to-day queries within the timescales and Service Level Agreements (SLA) stated in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
  9. Establish a positive rapport with colleagues and Employees ensuring communicating information clearly and appropriately.
  10. Execute and follow the exact procedures and steps mentioned in the SOPs while completing assigned tasks insuring no delays that might result in penalties or fines.
  11. Support and assist the HRSS Supervisor and Team Members with various HRSS projects as needed.
  12. Comply with the company policies and procedures regarding the operation of services.

Job Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Excellent command of English.
  3. Very good spoken & written communications in French is a must.
  4. Very good Microsoft office skills.
  5. Team spirit.
  6. Bachelors in Business, French literature, foreign languages or any relevant field.
  7. Years of experience to up to 2 years.
