Netflix is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the team and work in California, USA for 2020.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to initiate programs.
Drive efficient execution of complex cross organizational programs to deliver product roadmaps.
Drive alignment on roadmap and consensus on technical design.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and TPM leaders to define and evolve practices.
Develop strong partnerships with engineering teams creating a context rich environment that enhances cross team communication.
Clearly communicate Program Status across all levels of the organization.
Actively work at identifying and managing program risks.
Foster a diverse environment that is empathetic to all stakeholders and inclusive in interactions.

Qualifications:

A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge and program management.
Understanding in infrastructure technologies at scale.
Ability to manage multiple programs at the same time, optimizing for both short and long term goals.
Good balance of IQ & EQ to be able to solve both technical and social challenges.
Comfort in influencing and communicating across organizations, teams, and at all levels.
Comfort in setting context (urgency, dependencies, and goals) and working with teams to determine milestones.
5+ years in program management working directly with engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
