Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity for Tunisians in Verona, Italy within Germani Design hospitality network as hotel manager assistant in a different and challenging environment.

Internship duration and working hours:

Ideally full-time for three months, 6 hours a day, 1 day-off a week. But it accepts internships starting from 2 to 6 months, feel free to apply anytime of the year and for the duration that suits you at best.

Eligible candidates:

Bachelor degree.
Required languages:

English: Proficient User C1
German: Independent User B2
Italian: Independent User B2

As the knowledge of the itaian language is crucial for this position, 50% of our guests are italian.

Internship duties:

The internship will comprehend most of the tasks and departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Social Media Management, Marketing, Sales&Purchase, Backoffice, Destination Design and Interior Design.
The intern will participate in all processes if capable to, if not, every aspect of the internship and every single activity can be discussed according to the candidate Italian language level, skills and experience.
Besides these activities, we work a lot trough brainstormings and meetings and we are constantly trying to innovate and improve our concept.
During this experience the interns will learn how to manage a small company in the hospitality/tourism sector by taking care about all tasks and developing critical imporovement by finding solutions to everyday-problems.
This experience will give you the feeling of what it means to open your own business in the hotel/hospitality industry and becoming an entrepreneur.
