Delivery Hero is looking for a team assistant (f/m/d) to join the SAP team at the hero hub in the heart of Berlin, Germany.

Eligibility:

You must have:

3+ years of experience as a team assistant or a comparable field of activity, preferably with an international background in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and German ensuring that tact, discretion and diplomacy are at the forefront of your interactions.
Be a customer-focused, solution-oriented, discreet and resilient with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Your characteristics show good self-organization skills, forward-thinking attitude, self-confidence, hands-on mentality and a high level of commitment.
You work in a structured, effective and solution-oriented way and keep calm under pressure.

Your Responsibilities:

You will assist the SAP team on administrative matters, various ongoing projects, and the day-to-day business operations.
You are responsible for a professional on-boarding process for new employees.
You are responsible for the organization and execution of internal meetings and team events.
Enable a good relationship through your first-class communication skills with external partners, auditors and other service providers.
You will support the lead of the SAP team in coordination and prioritization of appointments or travel arrangements.
