Manga Section
- Gold Prize: ¥200,000
- Silver Prize: ¥150,000
- Bronze Prize: ¥100,000
Illustration Section
- Gold Prize: ¥150,000
- Silver Prize: ¥100,000
- Bronze Prize: ¥50,000

There are two sections: Manga Section and Illustration Section.

Manga Section
- Open theme.
- You must submit an original and complete story in one issue
- Maximum of 32 pages (including cover).
Illustration Section
- The theme is “Heart Skips a Beat”.
- You must submit original/unpublished work.
- Must be in MDP, JPG or PNG format.

Eligible Regions: Open for All.

Register as a user on MediBang.
Click on Creators Submit here at the top of the MediBang website.
Click Submit on the MediBang Creators page.
Click on the Comics tab and then upload your file as a MDP, JPG or PNG.
Give your work a title, and add the tag「3rdMCPOmanga」 before publishing your work.
Click on Submit & Publish.
