Mirage Digital is currently looking for Receptionist\ Administrator to join the company team in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:

Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face inquiries and signing in visitors.
Provide general clerical/admin support e.g. photocopying, filing, complete standard forms.
Dealing with e-mail and forwarding relevant e-mails as necessary
Assist in the maintenance of management information systems, computerize records and information.
Managing Management Calendar & Book meetings when required
Prepare Tender documents & forms
Handling the company registration on the government entities
Produce lists/information/data as required for Sales Team
Undertake word-processing and other IT-based tasks
Undertake routine administrative procedures
Assist in the smooth and effective running of the Front of House on a day by day basis.
Support general administration when necessary.
Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
Prepare proposals / presentations / meeting itineraries.

Required Skills:

Efficient in writing skills both English and Arabic.
Advanced Microsoft user / preferably Mac
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in administrative and clerical support.
