The Curtin University in Australia is offering a PhD in Building Nutrition-Focussed Food Relief 2020 to interested eligible students.
Also, this research project will analyze the nutritional quality of the charitable food supply in a number of food relief organizations, test procurement targets to improve the nutrition quality of the food supply, develop a fit-for-purpose food classification system and procurement criteria, identify opportunities to improve the nutritional quality of the food supply, develop nutrition policy for a variety of types of food delivery models, and explore dignified food provision models.
