The College of Technology at the University of Houston is inviting applications for a Tier One Scholarship to pursue an undergraduate program in the United States. All incoming freshman who have a 1400 SAT or 30 ACT composite score, and rank in the top 10% of their class are welcome to apply. Each scholarship provides four full years' tuition and covers the cost of on-campus living for two years.

[2] application for admission to the University of Houston.
