وتصنف HSE(Higher School of Economics) واحدة من أكبر ثلاث جامعات في روسيا، وتحدد نفسها من خلال نهجها المتمحور حول العالم والموجه نحو البحوث في التعليم العالي. مقرها في وسط نابض بالحياة في موسكو، مع الجامعات في سانت بطرسبرغ، نيجني نوفغورود، و بيرم، تقدم للاكاديميين المتميزين على جميع المستويات، ويشمل 20 الإنجليزية تدرس برامج الماجستير.

شروط المشاركة:
1-لا تنطبق المنح الدراسية على برامج درجة الماجستير التي لا تدعمها المنحة.
2-يتم تحديد حجم المنح الجزئية المقدمة للطلاب الدوليين وتمنح للمواطنين الأجانب طوال مدة دراستهم. ولكن لابد من الحفاظ علي معدل اكاديمي جيد.
هذا يعني أن الحاصل علي المنحة يجب أن يفي بالمتطلبات التالية:
عدم التعرض لإجراءات تأديبية في شكل توبيخ .
عند الانتهاء من كل تقييم مؤقت، يجب ألا يكون لديه / لديها أقل من درجتين من 6 (على مقياس تقييم من 10 نقاط) .
لا تفوت أي تقييمات دون سبب وجيه.
يرجى ملاحظة أنه يجوز منح مواطن أجنبي منحة واحدة فقط في كل مرة. إذا كان المواطن الأجنبي مؤهلاً لأكثر من منحة واحدة من الجدول الموضح على الموقع الرسمي ، فيجوز له / لها اختيار منحة واحدة فقط وفقًا لتقديره / تقديرها الخاص.
