The Queen's College at the University of Melbourne in Australia offers scholarships to local and international graduate students in one of the disciplines of Asian studies related to Japan, China or Korea.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

be accepted as a resident at Queen's College
be enrolled, or intend to enroll, in honors or postgraduate degree pursuing one of the following disciplines:
Japanese, Chinese or Korean language, history or culture.
Australia's relations with Japan, China or Korea OR
Business or legal studies focusing on Japan, China or Korea.

When will the outcome be known?

The scholarship is offered at the same time as the offer of residency, typically in December, and occasionally in January.

Value:

The scholarship is worth up to $15 000 equally divided as a reduction of fees for both semesters in the same calendar year.

Selection Criteria:

Eligible applicants are assessed on academic merit and an interview process.
