EY UAE announces it's competition for Emirati Female to represent their nation on a Global platform and apply for EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year Competition. The EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition recognizes talented young women with the potential to have a fulfilling career in EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). EY TAS helps companies drive inclusive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy through to execution. In an environment of unprecedented disruption, It supports the flow of capital across borders, helps bring new products and innovation to market, and enable organizations to reshape themselves for a better future.

Eligibility:

To be accepted you need to:

Be a UAE national Female.
Complete the undergraduate degree in 2019 or graduating before December 2020.
Or complete the postgraduate programs/master’s degree in 2019 or graduating before December 2020 with no relevant work experience for more than 6 months.
You can apply if you start your master’s directly after completing your bachelor’s degree.
You can apply if you have a degree in one of the following fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or any degree with a minor in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
Have the willingness to travel to Rome, Italy to attend the global competition from 9–11 February 2020 (EY will cover travel expenses for the winner).

Phases of the Competition:

The first phase of the competition takes place at the country level. It will challenge your ability to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems.
Country winners will be flown to Rome to represent their country at the global final in February 2020. Finalists will work together to solve problems for a real client, culminating in an evening of celebration where it will announce the 2020 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year.

Prize:

The global winner will embark on an all-expenses-paid EY internship. This month-long experience will enable them to work with EY TAS teams in multiple locations as they help clients build a better working world.
