Sapphire Recruitment Consultants is offering a job opportunity in Dubai as a Senior Finance Manager.

Eligibility:

  1. Only UAE Nationals with a family book.
  2. Higher Diploma and Above in Finance / Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English.
  4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and financial reports.
  5. Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, powerpoint, and Word Processing software.

Job Description:

  1. Analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
  2. Controlling the fixed assets.
  3. Determining proper handling of financial and approval transactions within the designated limits.
  4. Establishing and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  5. Overseeing Financial Department employees along with VP Finance including Financial assistants and accountants.
  6. Preparing finance reports and some other static reports.
  7. Preparing and post the monthly close for all prepayments, accrual, depreciation and write off fixed assets transaction in the accounting system.
  8. Presenting financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
  9. Providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  10. Reviewing the monthly employee salary, pension and other employee benefits for payment.
  11. Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
  12. Tracking clients’ financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  13. Understanding and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  14. Working to understand and anticipate the customer’s current and future requirements.
  15. Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations.
  16. Taking personal responsibility for maintaining regular and clear communication with customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
  17. Being self-directed and taking the initiative in achieving team goals.
  18. Identifying the information and operational resources required.

Benefits:

  1. AED 26-28,000 per month.
