Orange Company invites you to apply for its Job as a Cloud Solutions Expert in its location in Egypt

Eligibility:

  • proven working experience in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS,..).
  • Have proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, UNIX/Linux based environments.
  • You should have solid virtualization experience, preferably in Vmware.
  • You must be an excellent command of English Language.
  • Your ability to speak French Language is a plus.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You should have good time management and organizational skills.
  • You should be able to work under pressure.
  • Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the team Spirit.
  • Ability to work on out of business hours, based on customer requests.
  • You should have a computer, communication or electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
  • Having a soft Skill/Business Courses & Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills...) are recommended.
  • You should have at least 3 to 4 years of backup technical experience in products like (Networker, Datadomain,).
  • Have a strong knowledge of different operating systems (Windows and Linux).
  • You should have a good experience with Windows Active Directory.
  • You must have a good experience in Citrix, Apache, IIS, Tomcat, JBoss.

Your Role:

  1. Working as Technical Implementation Owner for Multi-cloud implementation projects for new managed services customers on (Flexible Engine, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Telefonica, VMware).
  2. Building and operating a complete end to end solutions like PaaS, BaaS.
  3. Managing Customer RUN/Operation phase as L2 & L3 support for supported platforms, System, Middleware and Application layers.
  4. Deploying Patches of platforms, applications, and services.
  5. Performing changes on existing platforms and services.
  6. Incident management of Internal and customer platforms, applications, and services.
  7. Proactive administration and support tasks.
  8. Monitoring and health checks for platforms.
  9. Ensuring the backup of all platforms according to backup plans.
  10. Populating the configuration management tool (2im, WH password, IP Manager, etc).
  11. Populating SharePoint and technical data repository with technical and process documents.
