Siemens in the UAE offers a new job as a SalesForce and Call Center Leader for Emirati nationals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage first-level calls and log it in Sales Forces. Distribute queries and escalate customer information and requirements to relevant internal organizational units, mainly sales and service.
  2. Ensure meeting of Customer Satisfaction Process KPI’s
  3. Coordinates Customer Business Centre operations and monitors the execution of logged requests by the organizational guidelines.
  4. Strong collaboration and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Implements internal processes and regulations.
  7. Ensures adherence to public and regional standards and regulations.
  8. Acts as first level escalation instance.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience with SalesForce
  2. Previous experience as an active marketer in a call center
  3. Experience in a customer-facing environment with the know-how of Industry Products and Solutions for the Smart Building and Smart Office industry
  4. Engineering degree and or Marketing degree
  5. Professional level and experience with SalesForce
  6. Must be very structured, quick, reactive and disciplined in a busy sometimes demanding environment
  7. Preferable Customer Facing / Service Background
