Silkor center has a job opportunity as A Branch Coordinator in Chtaura, Lebanon. A Branch Coordinator or An Assistant Branch Manager is in charge of assisting the Branch Manager in the management and operation of the Silkor center, and ensuring the highest quality of service to, and enjoyable experience for, Silkor’s clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Business Degree (or an equivalent from a Technical School)
  2. 1 to 2 years’ experience in the field
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
  5. Multi-tasking abilities
  6. Good persuasion techniques
  7. Problem-sensitive
  8. Good problem-solving skills
  9. Service and customer-oriented
  10. Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls;
  2. Schedule, follow up and reconfirm appointments;
  3. Maintain contact with employees to ensure proper workflow and that client matters are well addressed;
  4. Integrate and up-date client files;
  5. Handle client payments;
  6. Manage, organize, and update relevant data;
  7. Manage and control stocks;
  8. Provide, and ensure remarkable customer service is provided, to clients;
  9. Report any concern/setback/complaint from both clients and employees to the Branch Manager;
  10. Perform routine client outcalls;
  11. Participate in business development activities when required by Silkor;
  12. Perform up-selling and cross-selling of Products, Treatments, and Packages;
  13. If required by Silkor, replace the Branch Manager and act as the Branch Manager when the current Branch Manager is on leave or is otherwise absent; and
  14. Adherence to Company Rules and Policies: A Branch Coordinator or An Assistant Branch Manager shall also be required to adhere to all Silkor practices, rules, and policies as existing on a date or any amendments thereto. These include all rules and policies present in the Silkor Employee Manual, such as but not limited to those relating to:
  15. Employment Policies (Confidentiality, Probationary Period, Working Hours, Lunch Breaks, Personal File, Performance Appraisal, Disciplinary Action, Employment Termination);
  16. Standards of Conduct (Attendance & Punctuality, Absence, Telephone Use, Grooming);
  17. Benefits and Services (Vacation, Holidays, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, Payday);
