Samsung has a job vacancy E-Store Coordinator in the United Arab Emirates.  As under the supervision of the E-Store Manager, the position will drive day-to-day E-Store operations as well as coordinate sales promotions and will be working closely with business teams, customer service teams, RHQ, HQ, customer service and third-party vendors.

As E-Store coordinator, the incumbent will hold previous experience in a similar role and be strong in identifying opportunities to improve and increase overall store performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. 3 years’ experience in managing E-commerce operations.
  3. MS Office – Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The E-Store coordinator will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and manage e-store operations.
  • The E-Store coordinator will be responsible for working closely with internal and external teams for order management, sales promotions, forecasting.
  • The E-Store coordinator will be responsible to ensure all promotions; products are correctly set up in the e-store platform.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Store including order management, sales promotions, forecasting, etc.
  • Work closely with the customer service teams, sales team, payment gateway provider, etc. to set-up, document and ensure all the required E-Store functions are in place for smooth E-Store operations.
  • Inherits HQ guidelines and best practices for E-Store coordination Compiling weekly & monthly reports –to the senior management team and advising on strategy and best practices.
  • Ensure the stability of e-commerce functionalities on the e-store for all operational processes.
  • Manage third party counterpart’s deliveries and keep project implementation on schedule and within the scope
  • Ensure Samsung standards in terms of packaging, logistics, customer care, etc.
  • Define and monitor third-party service quality, e.g. fulfillment, payment/fraud issues, in collaboration with subsidiaries and support functions
  • Ensure all promotions and offers setup on E-Store in a timely manner.
