Ernst & Young ‘EY’ Company is looking for a recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field to work as an HR Associate and support the daily HR operations of the company in Malta. EY Company provides an attractive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your performance. 

Requirements:-

  1. Recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Candidates having 1 year working experience within Human Resources will be preferred.
  3. Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  4. Excellent verbal and written communicate skills.
  5. Team player and ability to build lasting relationships.
  6. Strong work ethic and high integrity.
  7. Meticulous approach to his/her work and ability to adapt.
  8. Have good multitasking and analytical skills.
  9. Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
  10. Eager to learn.

Responsibilities:-

The main responsibility will be to support the daily HR operations of EY Malta. Among other duties, the Talent Associate will be expected to carry out the following:-

  1. Assist in the daily HR activities and HR administration functions.
  2. Participate/support in the recruitment and selection processes.
  3. Support learning and development across service lines.
  4. Liaise with internal staff members as directed by the HR Manager.
  5. Preparation of reports as requested.
  6. Assist in various training and development activities, seminars and other student events as directed.
  7. Support the Talent Team on various activities organized for EY Malta staff.
  8. Support talent agendas both locally and those directed by EY Global.
  9. Any other related duties as required in the Talent function.
