Hilti is looking for Egyptian Account Managers to join the high-performing sales team in Egypt. But this is no ordinary sales job, as this Job is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture. Eligibility Criteria:

  1. A bachelor’s degree, ideally in civil or mechanical engineering
  2. Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ work experience in sales at the Jobsite within the construction industry
  3. An agile approach to solving problems
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed

Responsibilities:

  1. As an Account Manager, you’ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them.
  2. You could find yourself on construction sites, offices and warehouses Ours is a model of professional consultative selling, and it’s a really hands-on job. 
  3. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with the Hilti name. 
  4. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about nurturing relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
