Amaris group in Bucharest, Romania is offering a job opportunity for International Mobility and C&B Officer. The International Mobility and C&B Officer are responsible for providing advice and support to Directors, managers, and assignees to facilitate international mobility within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure highly accurate advisory and guidance on international mobility matters: immigration, taxation, employment law, mobility budgeting.
  • Manage the immigration processes (visa/work permit) to ensure the assignee has the required visa, paperwork and mobility/tax/social security support.
  • Clarify immigration processes and assess risks for Business when recruiting foreign workers.
  • Provide immigration recommendations (process, checklists….) to business travelers in his/her scope.
  • Anticipate possible posted worker/secondment scenarios in his/her scope
  • Assist in the creation and development of posted worker/ local foreign hire/ VIE mobility methodologies and policies in his/her scope.
  • Building/updating communication/guide tools when needed (e.g. Employee tutorials related to French income tax…)
  • Provide expertise to HR Teams and business for any mobility-related question in his/her scope (e.g. income tax, unemployment insurance, coordination of pension rights, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of an equitable and competitive C&B practice and its implementation and application.
  • Work on international mobility cases cost projections/ employer costs reports, using internal tools, calculate hypothetical tax withholdings and social contribution.
  • Support managers by positioning target salaries for employees/candidates either recruited or transferred to his/her scope.
  • Collaborate with local HR regarding compensation-related decisions (compensation-related business problems, job offers to external candidates, internal transfers, promotions, etc.) to ensure adherence with appropriate compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Build different tools to provide clear visibility on staff/employee internal equity in the countries in his/her scope.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree with a major in HR-related, preferably International HR or International Mobility.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in International Mobility.
  • Fluency in English and French, eager to work in an international team.
  • Be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • An energetic, driven and pro-active approach is necessary due to a fast-paced international environment.
