Nestle is offering a job opportunity as a Brand Activation Specialist. The successful applicant will Delight target consumers and create engaging brand experiences when activating Nestle brands on the ground (out-of-store), to support building strong brands and generate brand-building results

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand target consumers of each brand deeply, and where they are located in the consumer engagement funnel
  2. Engage with consumers with the relevant concept when and where consumers are receptive and activate brand big ideas by creating an attractive and rewarding brand experience.
  3. While ensuring all brand communication is in line with company trusted image as a leader in NHW
  4. Contribute to develop and execute flawlessly strong activation plan aligned with brands business objectives
  5. Ensure NHW communication strategy is embedded in brand activation
  6. Contribute to bringing Nestle brand big idea to life in the mind of our consumers through on-ground activation, delight with products experience and ensure engagement concepts are in line with Nestle brand engagement strategy
  7. Develop locally relevant tactical activation plan in line with regional strategic activation & brand engagement strategy and ensure continues update of a  country event calendar
  8. Delight consumers with service experience, by supporting Nestle complaint handling SOP
  9. Understand the business impact of PFME and investment of brand to leverage resources maximize ROI

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 3 years’ experience in field activation and event management
  3. Excellent Arabic and English communication
  4. Experience in working with a cross-functional team
