P&G offers an internship opportunity for students in Chile in the accounting and finance field. Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. The company is looking for leaders who make things happen, analytical thinkers, problem solvers as well as they demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.

Eligibility Criteria:

Legally eligible to work in Chile.
Intermediate / Advanced English level.
Active Student in your penultimate/last year of study (6-18 months to graduation).
You’ll also have evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
Strong communication skills and Leadership Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, you will work side by side with the finance analyst on a team with representatives from various other functions Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared.
You will make finance recommendations for a category (e.g.: Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral-B, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders, etc.).
Your mission will be to improve turnover and finance fundamentals by suggesting strategic choices in terms of budget, assortment, and promotion.
In this role, you can work alongside the Brand leaders and whit a customer team in which trust, team spirit, a real passion for winning and leadership are very important.
You will join dynamic finance teams, and work closely with colleagues from other functions: Brand management, supply network operations, and sales.
Your manager will coach you and will ensure you get a dedicated training program and many learning opportunities.
You will develop different and challenging projects in the finance area.
