Alshaya Company is offering a  job opportunity in Kuwait as an Administrator in eCommerce, Logistics, and Shipping. eCommerce is an exciting new support function within Alshaya as the business launches transactional websites for a number of the 75+ brands and 15+ countries within the Alshaya portfolio. The function is split into 4 key areas – Trading & Merchandising, Operations & Program Management, Design & Content, and Digital Marketing.

Role Profile:

  • To support the fulfillment team in the administration and reporting of events.
  • To collate and validate information gathered from regional logistics teams, Group Customer Service and regional final mile provider.
  • Assist in process recommendations, refining procedures to support and facilitate eCommerce growth across a region.
  • Accountable for accuracy and timely delivery of tasks & reports which are key to delivering an improved performance within the region.

The Job Requirements:

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

  1. Work closely with Group Customer Services, Fulfillment team, Online Trading Merchandisers, Brand merchandisers, Warehouse Managers, and final mile providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of information.
  2. Ensure continuous accuracy and timely receipt of required information & data.
  3. Create, develop and maintain good working relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  4. Ability to work across a large set of data.
  5. Ability to escalate.
  6. Produce reports and measure regional logistics operations performance meeting agreed on SLA.
  7. Be a champion for the customer.
  8. Always consider the customer in the delivery proposition.
  9. Be the first line in-market support to the Fulfillment team with Group Customer Care in understanding and resolving customer complaints/feedback.
  10. Support in reporting on and recommending corrective actions to reduce customer complaints.
  11. Support the fulfillment team in defining regional-specific policies linked to the customer proposition and customer impact.
  12. Provide accurate reports and support to internal and external contacts.
  13. Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a suite of eCommerce KPI’s including data accuracy.
  14. Provide accurate information and support to various stakeholders internally and externally.
  15. Liaise with outside service departments, third-party providers.

Knowledge:

  1. Team support experience including communications, scheduling, data entry.
  2. Working across large disparate data sets.
