Nestlé Egypt is offering a job opportunity as coca and malt beverages and ready-to-drink manager, which will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing management and development of brands for the cocoa & malt beverages and ready-to-drink categories. Tasks include activities such as developing brand plans, execution of the plans including ATL, BTL & new product launches, managing the marketing budget and tracking of brand performance & activities ROI.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years Brand Management experience in FMCG company.
Experience working abroad or working in a regional role.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Strategic planning & project management capabilities.
Consumer communication experience.
Results-oriented attitude.
Ability to build personal relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and transparent communication.
Ability to take initiative.

Job Duties:

Conduct full market analysis including competitive activities and products.
Develop & implement the brand plans including new product launches & marketing activities. This includes ATL & BTL activities development and execution in line with Nestle guidelines.
Go through the Business Planning cycle.
Coach and direct team or individuals from other functions/countries to achieve a specific goal.
Monitor PFME budgets as per the approved figure.
