Through film, art and talks the 18th Oxford Human Rights Festival shares the voices and stories of resilient individuals. They will celebrate cultures, encourage debates and discussions and have opportunities to develop pathways to strengthen our resilience and thrive.

To celebrate the Oxford Human Rights Festival, we are running an essay competition for all people ages of 11+ across the world. The theme for this essay competition is resilience, in line with the general theme of the festival, particularly focusing on resilience in circumstances of human rights abuse. By taking part in the OxHRF Essay competition you have a chance to share your thoughts and opinions with key players in the human rights field.
