Orange is offering a job opportunity in Lebanon as International Capacity Buyer

Eligibility:

  1. Expert negotiation skills.
  2. Strong Impact and Influence skills.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Telecoms International capacity market.
  4. Be result driven and business-oriented.
  5. English strong oral and written skills, French optional/beneficial.
  6. At least 5-year experience in International Capacity.
  7. Willingness to travel.
  8. Job Geographical Location: Any country where an Orange Business Services office is located. Primarily in Lebanon, and alternative locations in Egypt, Morocco, Greece, Slovakia.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate large and potentially complex value deals across the world.
  2. Provide expertise to regional sourcing teams; act as a reference for all Sourcing initiatives on IPLC and other similar related products.
  3. Actively lead the collection of internal stakeholders' needs.
  4. Elaborate sourcing strategy based on market knowledge and OBS needs.
  5. Conduct commercial negotiation with suppliers (pricing, commercial clauses of the contracts).
  6. Select suppliers and present Sourcing Recommendations.
  7. Communicate, promote usage of selected suppliers, and negotiated contracts among entities;
  8. Set up a fruitful and useful relationship with the relevant business units in OBS linked to his/her scope.
  9. Brings his/her expertise on the commodity into the customer project negotiation to deliver additional cost optimization/savings.
  10. Strong interlock with Sales teams to generate reciprocal business where appropriate, and support in ‘winning’ future business.
  11. Negotiates customer-specific contract and conditions with suppliers.
  12. Potentially manage the relationship with one or more suppliers.
  13. Set up regular business reviews; follow supplier business with and without Orange, tracks supplier's performance.
  14. Act as a single point of contact to the supplier for commercial issues related to his/her commodities.
  15. Participate actively in market & supplier performance monitoring.
  16. Contributes to Partnership activity wherever the Supplier's governance is managed by the Partnership Entity.
