Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques (SITA) offers a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as a full-time Technical Analyst. That will take responsibility for the Middle East, India & Africa.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of at least one application.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SITA methodologies and practices.
Demonstrate competent use of SITA's development and project tools
Demonstrate good knowledge of and ability to apply ITIL processes and standards for managing applications.
Demonstrate a good ability to provide work estimates on work packages of medium complexity.
The specific experience of the شairline industry would be of benefit.
Strong software application skills (MS Excel Access Word PowerPoint Project).

Job Duties:

Technical Analyst role will involve:

Participates in the gathering managing and analysis of requirements to design new application changes for own areas of responsibility ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote ''vanilla'' functionality.
Provides estimates for application changes and/or validates estimates from offshore providers.
Coordinates the delivery testing and support of application changes related to own area of responsibility.
Responsible for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users on time and budget.
Contributes to the development of application and process best practices and using a consultative approach gets buy-in from all stakeholders.
