The Alexandria Festival of Francophone Cinema is offering a competition to all the film makers from all over the world. The Alexandria Festival of Francophone Cinema is an annual cinematic event held in the city of Alexandria in Egypt. The festival aims to spread cinematic culture, to define the progress made by the various branches of cinematic art, and to strengthen the relations between cinemas in general and Egyptians in particular.

Conditions:

Participating films must be wholly or partly produced by one of the member countries of the Organization of la Francophonie, or contributed to its production, or spoken in the French language
And produced during the year preceding the date of the festival.
It is imperative that the films have not been shown commercially in Egypt before the festival presentations
Advertising materials for each film should include the following:

Summary of the film in Arabic, English and French.
Information about the director of the film and the most important artists and artists involved in it.
Press or propaganda brochure for the film.
Pictures of the press appropriate in quality or as an electronic copy on CD.
Pictures of the theaters' entrances from 20 x 25 cm.
70 x 100 cm Posters.

Additional Information:

The festival is organized, under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Youth, in cooperation with the Alexandria Governorate
The festival will be held from (12 to 17 June 2020)
Participating films are shown with a maximum of four shows during the festival period.
Copies of films will be sent to the festival no later than (April 1) and no films will be accepted after that
The festival administration grants a subscription certificate for the producer of each of the participating films
The films are sent to the festival secretariat at the subscriber's expense and returned to him by air at the expense of the festival within 15 days of the end of the festival.
The festival administration also bears all customs expenses, film insurance, storage, and internal transportation
This regulation was issued in the Arabic language and translated into French and English; in case of a different interpretation, it is due to the Arabic version.
