Zain announces a job opportunity as an enterprise segment manager in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Zain enterprise solutions by explaining to current and potential customers technical information and how it can solve their problems and or meet their requirements.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • BS degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or any relevant field of study.
  • CCNA certification will be highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relative experience.
  • Bahraini nationality.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  1. Generate new revenues for Zain and gain penetration into the new clients' business.
  2. Grow existing revenues for Zain and gain penetration into the existing clients' business.
  3. Achieve individual and team quarterly sales targets.
  4. Develop and maintain a relationship with key client contacts that fosters an environment to drive client performance and minimize attrition risk.
  5. Plan and design profitable solutions to the potential and existing clients by understanding their requirements in terms of business needs, priorities, etc.
  6. Participate in achieving department’s scorecard goals including client satisfaction, revenue and performance metrics.
  7. Prepare required department reports and documentation including monthly account management reports, relationship plans, client day account review plans, executive briefing documents, visit summaries, etc.
  8. Manage client-facing account services projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction including independently developing, managing and owning overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables.
  9. Research, understand and identify the client's business needs and challenges.
  10. Provide proper feasibility study and analysis, documentation, etc. of all proposals.
  11. Maintain his/her knowledge of telecommunication services such as dedicated internet service, MPLS, IP telephony & voice services SIP, Analog, ISDN, ...etc.
  12. Maintain a high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity
  13. Perform all other related duties as assigned or needed.
