The Culture and Arts Program at the Abdul Mohsen Al-Qattan Foundation provides, throughout the year, financial grants to support the organization of various activities in the field of visual and performing arts and literature, based on the reception and study of specific proposals submitted by individuals and/or teams or institutions, where the program works to support:
- Produce and organize artistic (visual) exhibitions and specialized workshops with priority given to young artists, especially those who have never held individual exhibitions, or participate in arts programs that will develop their knowledge, capabilities, and expertise.
- Supporting distinctive artistic and literary initiatives not mentioned above.
Application Guidelines:
- The application (follow the link below) is valid for both individuals and organizations.
- The application should be filled in English only and emailed to r.rezeq@qattanfoundation.org with the following as the subject line: “Seasonal grants application/[round number]:[Name of applicant]”.
- The tables used in the application are for illustration purposes and may be replaced with the applicant’s own tables
- Applications submitted for supporting the organization of art exhibitions should include images of the artworks.
- A sample of previous works is requested for applications submitted for supporting the execution of new art projects.
- Applications submitted for supporting performances or performing arts events (theatre, music, dance), should include a CD or DVD showcasing the production they are seeking support for.
- Applications submitted for supporting festivals should include the artistic program and the participating groups.
- The Culture and Arts Programme does not extend any funding to any event/ project retroactively.
- The Foundation maintains the right to not approve any new grants awarded to an applicant who has failed to submit, within the timeframe agreed upon in the Grant Implementation Agreement signed by the Foundation and the recipient, the requested final reports and documents relating to any previous grant from the Foundation.r
- The program responds to the applications submitted over the year through regular periodic meetings. The Program Management is committed to responding to all the applicants through sending letters of approval or apology according to these dates: - first session: 15th March - second session: 30th June

Qattan Foundation (AMQF) is an independent, not-for-profit developmental organization working in the fields of culture and education, with a particular focus on children, teachers and young artists. Founded and registered in 1993 in the UK as a charity (no 1029450) and as a charitable company limited by guarantee (no 2171893), it has had a registered branch in Palestine as a non-profit organization since 1998.
