Photocrowd website is inviting photographers all over the world to participate in the “ Wildlife of Africa ” Photo Competition. Africa has an extraordinary density of wildlife. The pristine wilderness and a high number of predators of such places as the Serengeti and Masai Mara provide a stage for some of nature’s most incredible events and interactions. Photographing the wildlife of Africa in their natural environment allows viewers to enter a world that’s far removed from their own.

Prizes:

The crowd's favorite will win a year-long Photocrowd Challenger subscription, worth £30. Photocrowd’s plans give you more ways to enjoy Photocrowd, including more entries into contests and reduced entry fees into a range of top photo awards.
If you're already on a subscription, it will be upgraded or extended.

Selection Method:

Every photo submitted will be available for the crowd to rate once the submissions period has ended. You can see all the images uploaded to a contest but will need to rate them to see how they’re ranked once the rating period begins.
Some contests on Photocrowd also have a judge. After the submission period closes the judge chooses their favorite images and writes some image reviews. The crowd and judge results will be announced on the same day.
