Nestlé is offering a job opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as it is looking for a full-time Key Account Specialist. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to achieve sales by category by maximizing short and long-term growth opportunities and build long-term relationships with the customers. 

Eligibility criteria:

Applicants have to satisfy the following conditions:

  1. Bilingual in English & Arabic.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field.
  3. 3 years of experience in the field of Sales.
  4. Demonstrate success in managing multi-category and cross-functional teams supporting a high-performance culture.
  5. FMCG Experience is a must.
  6. Demonstrate ability to understand business environment.
  7. Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
  8. Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Job duties and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will undertake the following:

  1. Execute the activities built within their Key Drivers in the country. Special focus on Generating Demand from existing customers.
  2. Deliver on sales targets by category, and meet call cycle objectives. Aspiring to have the Perfect Store implemented by Channel, adhering to the guidelines.
  3. Build and manage key customer relationships for sustainable business growth, executing customer plans. 
  4. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing face to face time with the customer while ensuring the steps of a call are executed.
  5. Responsible for the execution of (Integrated Commercial Plan) ICP by efficiently driving the integration of the Nestlé Professional Solutions into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle. 
  6. Ensure proper stock supply through the accurate monthly forecast, manage to sell out from the distributor to operators, and monitor the level of goods at a customer level.
