Hosco offers an internship opportunity in sales and organizing of meeting and events field which will start in October holiday Inn Brussels Airport. If you are accepted at this opportunity you will work under the direction of the director of sales and senior sales manager, the sales & marketing coordinator is there to support the sales & marketing team in achieving all projects approved in the sales and marketing plan and communication plan. Meaning typing, e-mailing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and making power point presentations.


You must have a good knowledge of English, French and Dutch.

Your Responsibilities:

If you are accepted at this opportunity, You will be responsible for:

  • The communication between the external social media partner and the hotel. Meaning preparation of content such as ‘staff stories’ and other input (sending photo’s & text).
  • A daily follow-up of internal ‘Company of the month’ program + promoting the weekly SKOJ Tuesday event by sending personal invites and informing internal guests.
  • Support the sales specialist and senior sales manager to map existing and new potential Key accounts MICE & Corporate Key account plans.
  • Preparations for international fairs and/or workshops, FAMTrips, sales blitzes and roadshows. creating new or updating existing marketing collateral and appointments.
  • Online visibility and content optimization, meaning updating photos and text online.
  • Support the director of sales and the food & beverage manager in commercializing the F&B calendar, creating, updating promotions, communication.
  • Prepare promotion mailings by creating simple, but SKOJ, designs and texts.
  • Follow-up on all other sales & marketing related projects administrative tasks such as quotations.
  • Prepare rooming lists, menus, shuttle service bookings and other administrative related tasks concerning definitive blocks.
  • Data extraction, updating and input from or in PMS
  • Competition checks by sending requests to other hotels for targeted periods.
  • Welcoming guests during internal and external events from or in holiday Inn Brussels Airport
