Erasmus intern offers a part time internship in the field of business development (m/f/d) consulting and administration for 12 months. In this opportunity, you will have the chance to be part of a growing company, directly influencing its success and its future. You will work side-to-side with the founders on the most pressing issues. You will learn what it means to build a successful company from scratch, which includes sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR and management tasks. 

Eligibility:

  1. You must have a passion for startups and want to prepare for your own adventure down the road.
  2. You do not care about rules nor corporate politics.
  3. You want the challenge status quo and get things done fast.
  4. You have a very strong analytical skills and can speak English and German fluently.
  5. You naturally break problems apart into their components and excel at connecting topics from many different domains.
  6. You have a positive can-do attitude, love having multiple projects running simultaneously.
  7. You have had some work experience within consulting, sales or in startups and outstanding academic credentials.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  • In consulting: You will help the company to grow its sales business successfully by identifying new concepts and strategies and being responsible for the implementation of those.
  • In strategy: You will work on business-critical projects, evaluate their strategic importance and grow the company into new geographical markets.
  • In venture excellence: You will be responsible for managing and improving the operational processes, including management of a small team.
  • In investor relations: You will prepare and to conduct investor meetings.
