Mantu announces a job opportunity in Belgium to work as a quality assurance engineer for the holders of master degree in technical/pharmaceutical or biotechnology engineering.

Eligibility:

  1. You must have a master degree in technical/pharmaceutical or biotechnology engineering. 
  2. You must have at least one year of experience in GMP environment.  
  3. You should know the legal requirements for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP, BPF) 
  4. You are proactive, rigorous, have good communication skills, and are able to change people mindset in the way of efficient working.  
  5. You are proficient in French and English. Dutch will be a plus.  

Your Responsibilities:

You will

  • Participate in the overall definition of the company’s quality policy.
  • Ensure the application of current regulations, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and ISO standards on the site.
  • Ensure the Product Quality Review (PQR).
  • Review and release the batch records.
  • Analyze deviation and updates CAPA.
  • Be responsible for improving quality procedures and methods, implementing quality techniques and testing products.
  • Participate and organize quality audits (internal, suppliers).
  • Be able to be a point of reference for different stakeholders and to profitably integrate in the team.
  • Be involved in the creation and validation of major documents like validation plans and reports.
